Is Cleared a fit?

For contractor invoices and platforms exploring prefunded account workflows.

You want to receive USDC on Base
Payments use USDC on the Base network. This is not a card checkout or a bank transfer, and it does not convert funds into your local currency.
Your payer can use a compatible wallet
The payer opens the invoice link and connects a supported wallet with USDC on Base. External-wallet payments may also require ETH on Base for network gas.
You need invoice-linked payment records
Track whether an invoice is issued, paid, or canceled. For platform funding, your application manages customer balances; production payment webhooks are planned.

Pricing questions

When is the protocol fee charged?

The protocol fee is deducted from the invoice amount when it is paid. An unpaid or canceled invoice does not incur a settlement fee.

How does the $50 cap work?

For self-serve payments, the fee is 0.5% of each invoice, up to $50. The cap is reached at $10,000 and applies per paid invoice, not to a monthly total. Enterprise pricing is agreed separately and may not use this cap.

Does the calculator include network costs?

No. It shows the self-serve protocol fee and the amount remaining after that fee. Network gas, exchange fees, and any costs of acquiring or converting USDC are separate.

Can a payment update a balance in my application?

Payment webhooks are planned, not currently available as production delivery. Your application will be responsible for receiving payment events and crediting its own customer balances. Discuss this dependency with us before planning an automated funding integration.
