The product

One place for the invoice
and its payment.

Prepare an invoice, send the link, and follow the payment. Cleared keeps the details together from the first request to your accounting export.

01 / Request

An invoice your
customer can pay.

Add a customer, amount, due date, and description. Share the payment link by email or your own channel. Your customer sees the invoice before connecting a wallet.

See the contractor workflow

Three invoice states. A clear record.

Issued
Ready for your customer to pay.
Paid
Payment is recorded against the invoice.
Canceled
An unpaid invoice is closed to payment.

02 / Receive

USDC to the wallet
that owns the invoice.

Customers pay on Base from a compatible wallet. For invoices you own, the funds reach your Safe smart account after the protocol fee.

External wallets may need ETH on Base for gas. Payment confirmation is not a promise of immediate blockchain finality.

The invoice is an NFT

An invoice NFT is created when you issue the invoice, not when it is paid. Payment goes to its current owner. Transferring an unpaid invoice changes its payment recipient.

That provides a transferable receivable. It does not, by itself, provide a lending marketplace, escrow service, or legal agreement.

03 / Account

Useful records.
Less reconstruction.

Keep the customer, invoice, and payment status connected. Download a PDF of the invoice and export payment history for your books.

PDF, CSV, and JSON

Invoice PDFs and payment exports support your accounting process. Your team still handles tax reporting and other compliance obligations.

On-chain payments, encrypted invoice details

Payment transactions are independently verifiable. Customer details and line items use encrypted metadata, so they cannot be reconstructed from block data alone.

For integrations

Connect the record
to the way you work.

API and agent tools

Use the REST API for invoice operations. Ask about access to the TypeScript SDK and MCP server.
